That’s how Tim McDonnell came to own Sudwerk Privatbrauerei Hubsch, a German-style brewpub in Davis, Calif.
The Marin Independent Journal reports he’s happy to have better access to the highly thought of pilsner. “That’s my favorite,” he says.
