Southampton Public House reviewed
Lenn Thompson, who writes the highly regarded Lenndevours wine blog, visits Southampton Publick House.
Good marks for the beer (what credibility would he have otherwise), but not for the food. That won’t keep him from going back, maybe because of his final positive on the list of good and bad:
Did I mention the beer? Seriously though, our server was great and so was the hostess. Good service can make a meal like this one bearable. Of course, so can good beer.
He had the Secret Ale, Golden Lager and Double White.
