The San Diego Business Journal profiles Stone Brewing and founders Greg Koch and Steve Wagner.
From the story:
“We didn’t get into this to create something, and then turn around and sell it,” Koch said, when asked whether the two might ever consider being acquired by a major brewer such as Coors or Budweiser.
“I don’t think they’d be interested,” he added. “That would connote extraordinarily good taste on their part. But frankly, we’re a passion-driven company.”
And some would say hop-driven.
