Hot beer spot in D.C.
A new beer destination for Washington, D.C.: Birreria Paradiso. None other than the Washington Post calls it “the coolest place in Washington to grab a pint.”
Thor Cheston knows that people who aren’t familiar with these styles and brewers are going to wander in, so he has created a few wine-style flights - small glasses of three basic Belgian styles, for example - and written extensive tasting notes for almost every beverage on the six-page menu.
The only knock seems to be that it is quite crowded on weekends.

Wow! Awesome tidbit of timely information. I’ll be there for business in April and will definitely check it out. Fortunately, I’ll be there Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed evenings so hopefully will be able to secure a comfy seat! I’ll do a write-up at my sight. Looking forward to it…though it will have to share time with Dave’s RFD, Brickskellar, and Dogfish Head (in Gaithersburg). Oh well, all in the name of providing information to fellow beer lovers! Thanks!
