German beer hall of Milwaukee
The Wisconsin Business Journal reports restaurateur Hans Weissgerber III - who already operates six Wisconsin restuarants - plans to a German beer hall atmosphere to downtown Milwaukee with the opening of Old German Beer Hall.
It will be designed to share much of the character of Munich’s most famous beer hall, the Hofbrauhaus. The new beer hall will seat about 100 with furnishings being imported from Germany. There will be a mural of the Munich beer hall along with brewery memorabilia.
