Wine: License to Steal
The National Wine Marketing Conference slated for Nov. 8-10 in northeast Ohio is called “License to Steal.”
Who thought up that title? The web site explains, “As its name suggests, the primary goal of the conference is to provide a forum for attendees to share their best public relations, advertising, promotional and marketing ideas. Participants will then be encouraged to ’steal,’ borrow, adapt and apply those ideas to their individual marketing plans.”
Quite honestly, the name suggests something else to use beer drinkers.
