Boscos spreads out
Boscos, the Tennessee-based brewpub chain, is expanding. The company purchased an 8,000-square-foot building at 827 South Main in Memphis and will convert it into a brewery to make beer for franchise locations. Boscos’ three current locations in Memphis, Nashville and Little Rock each have their own reweries, but the owners don’t expect franchisees to handle the complex and time-consuming process of making beer.
Co-owners Jerry Feinstone and Chuck Skypeck, the head brewer, are currently working with architects on the design of the facility. With the new brewery, Feinstone says they will also have the option of making specialty beers for local retailers or associations, offer keg sales of original Boscos brews, and perhaps offer tours and beer
