When brewers blog
This is what every brewery should do: St. Arnold Brewing in Texas has added a brewers’ blog. Entries can be this simple:
Was going to write about yesterday yesterday, but couldn’t find the time. Brew went well, and was able to leave a bit early. Was going to write the blog from home, but ended up playing with my kid. Now that I sit down to write, I realize that there’s not much to write about when a brew day goes smoothly.

Every once in awhile (should be every wednesday), we have a day where we can play around with different beer styles and recipes. Well today was my day. I’d like to tell you exactly what we were concocting today, but that would ruin the surprise when it becomes the new St. Arnold seasonal.
