Call it a mini-growler
F.X. Matt Brewing in New York plans to sell two of its beers in 32-ounce re-fillable growlers. Growlers - which are half the size of a the typical growler that brewpubs sells - of Saranac Pale Ale and Saranac Black Forest are scheduled to be on store shelves by mid-June at $2.99 each. The Utica brewery will let customers refill the growlers at half price. You’ll have to visit the brewery for the deal.
