Chilton, Wisconsin
Rowland's Calumet Brewery in Chilton, Wis., is a small brewpub that turns out less than 300 barrels of beer a year. Bob and Bonita Rowland took over the Roll Inn in 1983 and added the brewhouse in 1994. A tavern has operated legally in this spot since 1937 (and probably less than legally before). John B. Diedrich was the owner from 1937 and 1965 and among the artifacts the Rowlands have retained is this sign.
