Tribute to Jerry
Many of the many McMenamins pubs in the Northwest pay tribute to Jerry Garcia and the Dead. This weather vane decorates McMenamins Edgefield in Troutdale, Oregon. The
flagship of the McMenamins pub chain is the former Multnomah County poor farm
and was later a nursing home. It was built in 1911 and is listed on the
National Register of Historic Places.
